The terms that apply when you use the Get From Asia service.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Get From Asia website and service. Get From Asia is a proxy purchasing service operated by EastNova Global Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR (Business Registration No. 80394116). By submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
Get From Asia acts as a purchasing agent. We purchase goods from third-party retailers on your behalf, based on the requests you submit. We are not the seller or manufacturer of any product, and we do not hold a product catalogue or stock.
When you submit a request, you are asking us to source and purchase a specific item on your behalf. We review each request and confirm whether the item is available, at what price, and whether it can be legally sold in the origin country and shipped to your destination.
Your order total consists of the product price, international shipping, and our service fee of 10% of the product price. We send you the full total for approval before any payment is taken. Payment is made by bank transfer. We begin purchasing only after payment has been received.
We reserve the right to decline any request, including requests for items that cannot be legally sold or shipped, or that we are otherwise unable to fulfil. If a request is declined before payment, you are not charged.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on the origin market, destination, and shipping service. Import duties and taxes charged by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
As a purchasing agent, our responsibility is limited to sourcing, purchasing and shipping the items you request. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, the accuracy of seller listings, or issues arising from the original retailer. Our total liability for any order is limited to the service fee paid for that order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies to your use of the service.
