What is Get From Asia?

Get From Asia is an online proxy purchasing service. We act as your personal purchasing agent: you tell us what you would like to buy from a retailer in Japan, Malaysia or Indonesia, and we source it, buy it on your behalf, and ship it to you.

What can I ask you to buy?

Any item that is legally sold at retail in Japan, Malaysia or Indonesia and that can be legally shipped to your destination. Every request is reviewed before we proceed.

How are your fees calculated?

Your total is made of three parts: the genuine product price (we never change it), international shipping at cost, and our service fee — a flat 10% of the product price. You see the full breakdown before you pay.

How do I pay?

Payment is made by bank transfer once you have reviewed and approved your order total. No payment is collected before you confirm.

Do you change the product price?

No. You always pay the genuine retail price charged by the seller. Our service fee is separate and clearly shown.

How long does it take?

We confirm most requests within a few business days. Delivery time after that depends on the origin market and your destination country.

What happens if my request cannot be fulfilled?

If we are unable to fulfil a request, you are not charged. We only proceed once you have approved your total and paid.

Can I order more than one item at once?

Yes. You can add several items to one request, and where possible we consolidate them into a single shipment to keep shipping efficient.
