The genuine retail price charged by the seller. We never change it — you pay exactly what the store charges.
The cost of delivering your order from the origin country to your address, with tracking.
Our fee for sourcing, purchasing, checking and packing your order — a flat 10% of the product price.
Our service fee is a flat 10% of the product price. It covers the full work of acting as your purchasing agent: finding the item, confirming it is available and genuine, purchasing it on your behalf, receiving it, and preparing it for international shipping.
The service fee is calculated only on the product price — not on shipping. Shipping is passed on to you at cost.
If the product you want costs 100 USD, our service fee is 10 USD. Your total would be: 100 USD product price + international shipping + 10 USD service fee. You see this full breakdown before you approve anything.
Payment is made by bank transfer. Once we have reviewed your request, we send you the full total — product price, shipping and the 10% service fee. No payment is collected until you have seen this total and approved it.
The total we send you is the total you pay. There are no membership fees, no listing fees and no charges for simply submitting a request. If we are unable to fulfil a request, you are not charged.
