After we have purchased your items and received them, we prepare your order for international dispatch. Where possible, we consolidate multiple items from the same order into a single package to keep shipping efficient.
Your order is then sent with a tracked international shipping service. You receive the tracking details so you can follow your package from our handling point to your destination.
Shipping cost depends on three things: the destination country, the total weight of your order, and the size of the package. We pass shipping on to you at cost — it is not marked up.
Your shipping cost is included in the full order total we send you for approval. No shipping charge is ever added after you have approved your total.
Delivery time depends on the origin market (Japan, Malaysia or Indonesia) and your destination country. Once your package is dispatched, the tracked service gives you an estimated delivery window.
Customs processing in your destination country can affect final delivery time. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our totals.
